With over 15 years of experience, I provide personalized counseling services for adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Specializing in treating a range of mental health conditions, I offer a non judgmental and compassionate environment for healing and personal growth. My expertise includes supporting adults with a history of adverse childhood experiences including emotionally unavailable and unsafe parents, complex trauma, attachment trauma and addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, adoption, sexual health, spirituality, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, attachment disorders, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.
